Section 1: Overview
This Release Notes document will introduce New Features, Software enhancements and
Software Debugging and upcoming features.
Section 2: Software New Features
2.1 Self-Serve FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and Support Search Page
Description: Users can now click the Help icon located in the top-right corner of their MAX
account. This will redirect them to the Frequently Asked Questions page, where they can
search for answers or find assistance with any issues they may be experiencing.
To access:
- Log into your MAX account
- Select the Help Icon found at the top right corner
To Search for an answer or how to:
- Head to the search bar
- Enter key words to view related items
- Select item that applies
- Or search via sections below
Users can also click on the Chat icon (bottom right corner) for further assistance or to email
support directly.
2.2 PAD Agreement – History Tab
Description: Users can view the history of any changes made to a payer’s PAD Agreement. The
History tab displays the date of each change, the user who made it, and a summary of the
modifications.
To access:
- Find the Payer’s account through the Contacts,
- Select the Finance Tab,
- Select the Payment Agreement Tab,
- Select the PAD Agreement,
- Select the History Tab.
Section 3: Software Enhancements
3.1 Customer Invoicing
Description: When generating invoices in Period Billing Processing, the child and payer names
are now hyperlinks. When clicking these hyperlinks, the system will re-route the user to that
contact’s account.
Access:
- Select Accounts Receivable,
- Select Billing,
- Select Invoice Services
3.2.1 Reports: Customer Statement Billing Log
Description: The Customer Statement Biling Log report has been updated to show the service
or item name with its price.
Access:
- Select Reports,
- Select Accounting,
- Select Billing,
- Select Customer Statement Billing Log
3.2.2 Reports: Invoice List
Description: The Invoice List report now displays a more accurate item description.
To access:
- Select Reports,
- Select Accounting,
- Select Billing
- Select Invoice List
3.2.3 Reports: Child Health Information
Description: The child health information has a new view style where all information is laid out
in a condensed portrait PDF format.
To access:
- Select Reports,
- Select Child,
- Select Health,
- Select Child Health Information,
- Select view style = PDF Child Health List (Portrait)
3.3.1 Forms: Sleep Check Form
Description: A second version of the Sleep Check Fillable Form is now available, featuring two
rows providing additional space for handwritten information.
Access:
- Select Forms,
- Select Fillable,
- Select Sleep Check
OR - Select Daily Journal,
- Select Forms,
- Select Sleep Check
3.3.2 Forms: Attendance 5 Day Weekly Form
Description: A second version of the Attendance Weekly 5-Day Form is now available, with the
date of birth field removed to provide additional space for handwritten information.
Access:
- Select Attendance,
- Select Fillable Forms,
- Select Weekly 5 Day
Second versions can be found through the view style as (no D.O.B.)
3.3.3 Forms: Attendance 5 Day Monthly Form
Description: A second version of the Attendance Monthly 5-Day Form is now available, with the
date of birth field removed to provide additional space for handwritten information.
Access:
- Select Attendance,
- Select Fillable Forms,
- Select Weekly 5 Day
Second versions can be found through the view style as (no D.O.B.)
3.4 Child Service Summary Calendar
Description: In the Child Services Summary calendar, users can now hover over a service name
to view the item price
To access:
- Find the Child’s Account
- Select the Service Tabs
- Select the Summary Tab
- Hover over a service name
Section 4: Software Errors and Debugging
4.1 Payer balance not displaying on process payments
Description: Payers with a balance were not appearing on the Process Payment list; this issue
has now been resolved.
4.2 Modifying a service
Description: When modifying a service this system would not force a reinvoice. This has been
resolved.
4.3 Billing Logs getting removed on adjustment billing
Description: When adjustments were made, some billings logs would get removed This has
been fixed.
4.4 Reports: Child Birthday
Description: The Child Birthday Report was displaying duplicate child names for children who
had more than one school age service. This has been fixed. Children may display more than
once throughout the report as they may be attached to more than one service.
