Child Intolerance Report

The Child Intolerance Report displays the intolerances entered into the system under the child’s account > health > intolerance tab.

To access:

1. Go to the left menu > Reports
2. Child
3. Health
4. Child Intolerance

Filters available:

• Location
• Age Group
• Area
• Contact (children in location)
• Display Name (First Name Last Name, Last Name First Name, etc.)
• View Style:
  • Grid (CSV)
  • PDF Child Intolerance List
  • PDF Child Intolerance with Photo (child’s photo on file)
  • PDF Child Intolerance without photo

Displayed on report:

• Location
• Child Name
• Intolerance
• Description
• Symptoms
• Medication
• Comments
• Age Group
• Area
