Section 3: Software Enhancements
3.1 Attendance
Description: a new checkbox “Child is Well” / “Children are Well” has been added to the
present log, as well as in the multi-select toggle.
3.2 Location Profile
Description: The Location Profile now displays the information entered by the user, which is an
overview of the Location’s information.
3.2 Reports
3.2.1 Report: Childcare Payment Agreement (NEW)
Description: The Payment Agreement Report has been updated to include all information
related to a payer’s payment agreement.
To access:
Reports > Accounting > EFT > Childcare PAD Payment Agreements (NEW)

3.2.2 Report: Aged Receivables
Description: The Aged Receivables report has been updated to include the transactions that
were posted after the “As of Date”.
Section 4: Software Errors and Debugging
4.1 Security – Location Admin Role
Description: Location Users can now send out invitations to create a new account on the
guardian portal. Invitations can only be sent out for the Locations that they are associated
to.
4.2 Refundable Registration Fee
Description: Refundable registration fee can now be posted.
4.3 Camp Sessions – can now delete
Description: Users are now able to delete a camp session which will also adjust enrolment
spaces.
4.4 Incorrect hourly credits
Description: Issues with hourly credit recalculations, where it was previously applying the
incorrect rate. This has been corrected.
4.5 Grid Exports – unable to export
Description: Javascript was preventing grids to be exported. This has been corrected.
4.6 Real-Time Attendance – incorrect display
Description: Real-Time Attendance is now displaying multiple periods of a single service
correctly.
4.7 Subsidy Adjustment Line
Description: Invoice would change the credit memo, but the log wasn’t getting corrected. This
has been fixed.
4.8 Childcare Services Summary Calendar View
Description: Voided childcare services were displaying on the summary calendar view. These
have been removed.
4.9 Minimum Occurrence Date
Description: The minimum occurrence date has been removed – for internal operations only.
4.10 Email Event Registration Confirmation
Description: The email that sends out the event registration confirmation has been updated to
send out accordingly.
4.11 Report: Invoice List
Description: Column titles were not accurate. This has been updated.
4.12 Report: Contact Ledger
Description: Service descriptions were not displaying correctly. This has been corrected.
