Child Registration Report

The Child Registration Report is an overview of all the data entered into the child’s account and their completed consent forms.

To access:

1. Select Reports
2. Select Child
3. Select Registration
4. Select the Child Registration Report

OR

1. Select Contact
2. Search for the Child
3. Open their account
4. Click on the PRINT icon within their account page
5. Select Registration

Report displays the child’s information entered into their account:

• Name
• Photo (if selected in filters)
• Location
• Birthdate
• School
• Age Group
• Area
• Family Support Contacts and their contact information
• Siblings
• Professionals
• Legal Restricted Contacts
• Health Information and details
• Completed Consent Forms (Custom Forms)
