This report displays essential information needed in the event of an emergency. It is designed to be printed with four cards per page (configured through your printer’s settings) to create emergency lanyard identification cards.
To access:
- Go to Reports
- Select Child
- Select Registration
- Select Child Identification Card
Report displays the following information:
- Child’s Name
- Child’s Birthday
- Child’s allergies, health condition, intolerances, medications.
- Emergency contact name, relation, phone number
