The Child Emergency Report displays a child and their emergency contact information
To access:
- Go to Reports > Child
- Registration
- Child Emergency
The report displays the following information for each child:
- Name
- Birthdate
- Contact Since Date
- Special Instructions
- Location
- Health Information
- Emergency Contacts
- Professional Contacts
- Photo of child (if selected in filters)
