Section 1: Overview
This Release Notes document will introduce New Features, Software enhancements and
Software Debugging and upcoming features.
Section 2: Software New Features
2.1 Reports
2.1.1 Reports: Child Fee Breakdown
Description: The Child Fee Breakdown displays the total billed by billing period.
To access: Reports > Accounting > Billing > Child Fee Breakdown
2.1.2 Reports: Child Subsidy Absences
Description: The Child Subsidy Absences displays all absences entered under the subsidy
approval. This includes remaining absent days for subsidy or allowed absent days.
To access: Reports > Child > Services > Child Subsidy Absences
2.1.3 Reports: Payment Subsidy Reconciliation
Description: Displays all families who received subsidy allowances on their invoice along with
associated payments – whether posted through payment reconciliation function or through
manual payments process.
To access: Reports > Accounting > Billing > Payment Subsidy Reconciliation
2.1.4 Reports: Child No Active Service
Description: Displays any children without an active service. The user also has the ability to
include voided information and/or include any individual set at “not active”. The purpose of the
report is to help daycares discontinue individuals who are no longer at the centre.
To access: Reports > Child > Services > Child No Service
2.1.5 Reports: Child Registration Fillable Form
Description: The child registration fillable form is a document that can be printed for guardians
or parents to manually complete a paper copy of their childcare registration.
To access: Reports > Child > Registration > Child Registration > view style = “Fillable – Child
Registration”
Select only one contact to generate the report to print.

2.1.6 Reports: Payment Grant Reconciliation
Description: Displays all families who receive grant allowances on their invoice along with
associated payments.
To access: Reports > Accounting > Billing > Payment Grant Reconciliation
Section 3: Software Enhancements
3.1 General Information tab discontinued checkbox
Description: Setting an individual’s account to discontinued will place the account in a no-edit
mode but keep it archived.
3.2 Reports
3.2.1 Report: Invoice List
Description: The invoice list report can now be sorted by billing period, statement period and
date range.
To access: Reports > Accounting > Billing > Invoice List
3.2.2 Report: Contact Ledger
Description: The contact ledger has been updated to show more accurate numbers.
To access: Reports > Accounting > Billing > Contact Ledger
3.2.3 Report: Attendance Daily Form
Description: The attendance daily form has been updated with an additional box where the
user can manually enter their actual attendance numbers.
To access: Attendance > Attendance Forms > Dail
3.2.4 Report: Attendance 5 Day Monthly Form
Description: The attendance 5 Day Monthly Form has been updated with an additional box
where the user can manually enter their actual attendance numbers.
To access: Attendance > Attendance Forms > Monthly 5 Day
3.2.5 Report: Child Birthday
Description: The child birthday report can now be filtered to display birthdays for the entire
year.
To access: Reports > Child > Programming > Child Birthday
3.2.6 Report: Child Profile
Description: The child profile report now displays the guardian’s work location name. To ensure
it appears correctly, the location must have its type set to “Work.”

3.2.7 Report: Child Health Condition
Description: The child health condition report – view style “PDF Child Health Condition List” has
been updated to display the applied ISP and or URIS checkboxes.

3.3 Banking Accounts
Description: Access to banking accounts through the guardian portal can be disabled,
preventing guardians from updating or changing their banking information. This feature must
be requested for implementation.
3.4 Payment Reconciliation
Description: The payment reconciliation is now sorted by billing period, branch and posting
date.
3.5 Close Attendance – CVS print/ export function
Description: In the close attendance, the user can now export the entire table displayed below.
Daily Count table displays: Child Name, Date of Birth, < 4 Hours, 4-10 Hours, >10 Hours
Hour Count table displays: Child Name, Date of Birth, Hours Attended
Attendance Code table displays: Child Name, Date of Birth, Code for each day of the period
Section 4: Software Errors and Debugging
4.1 Attendance Forms – School Closures
Description: The Attendance Forms were not displaying School Closure dates; this has been
updated.
4.2 Professional Role
Description: The Professional Role was appearing more than once. A validator to prevent more
than one role for professionals has been implemented.
4.3 Security – Enrolment Admin
Description: The security group Enrolment Admin has been updated to include the ability to
add a family support member through a child’s account.
4.4 Security – Childcare Provider
Description: The security group Childcare Provider has been updated to include manual
attendance entries along real-time attendance entries.
