Section 1: Overview
This Release Notes document will introduce New Features, Software enhancements and
Software Debugging and upcoming features.
Section 2: Software New Features
2.1 Reports – Database User
Description: The report will display all users in the system. It will break down the security
group, name, email, last login date, if the user has services and if those services are active.
To access: Reports > Operations > Audit > Database Users
Section 3: Software Enhancements
3.1 Attendance Real Time (Check-in and Check-out time)
Description: Extend the check in and check out time by an hour. Children will now display up to
an hour before their scheduled check in and or check out time.
3.2 Attendance Real Time (Default time on the toggle multi-select)
Description: When using the multi-select option, the user could not adjust the check-in or
checkout time. This has been updated to allow the user to now manually adjust to past time.
The user will not be able to update to a time in the future.
3.3 Reports
3.3.1 Birthday Report
Description: Add the option to run the report for the year.
3.3.2 Emergency Cards
Description: Missing Medication not associated to an allergy, intolerance or medical condition.
This has now been corrected.
Section 4: Software Errors and Debugging
4.1 CSV Export on Grid
Description: When selecting export on grid the system was not exporting the last line on the
CSV report
4.2 Reports
4.4.1 Child Medical (child dietary restrictions, child health condition, child intolerance,
child URIS/ ISP, child vaccines)
Description: Children with more than one service were showing on the report multiple times.
4.4.2 Account Receivable (detail)
Description: Not including invoices correctly.
4.4.3 Account Receivable (summary)
Description: Updated the report.
