Manual Attendance can be utilized in two ways. In cases where real-time attendance is not feasible due to a lack of Wi-Fi connectivity, users can employ Manual Attendance to document attendance for the given period.
Additionally, Manual Attendance serves as a tool for reviewing real-time attendance and making necessary adjustments. While examining manual attendance records, users have the ability to edit the attendance of one child at a time. The interface provides a comprehensive view of all days within the specified period, allowing users to edit the attendance for any specific day in that timeframe.”
Manual Attendance can also be used to enter children’s attendance records based on the information documented on the Attendance Fillable Forms.
