Child Health Information Report

The Child Health Information report displays the health information entered into the system under the child’s account health tab.

To access:

1. Go to Reports > Child
2. Child
3. Health
4. Child Health Information

Filters available:

• Location
• Age Group
• Area
• Contact (children within location)
• View Style:
  • PDF Child Health List
  • PDF Child Health List (portrait)
  • PDF Child Health List with Photo (child’s photo on account)
  • PDF Child Health List without photo
