This Release Notes document will introduce New Features, Software enhancements and
Software Debugging and upcoming features.

Section 3: Software Enhancements
3.1 Statements
Description: The payer statements will be enhanced in the following days to give payers more
detailed descriptions of the services provided by the childcare organization.
Enhancements:
- The Branch Name (Location Name) is now displayed in the top-left corner of the
statement, above the Organization Name. - The Billing Period start and end dates are now displayed under the Month and Year
statement title, above the statement message box. - For each child, the statement now displays services grouped by their associated
category (e.g., Childcare, Other, Subsidy/Grant). - For each child line item, the statement now displays the current Item Name, with the
service description shown directly below. This second line will be left blank if it matches
the Item Name. - The Payment Due Date is now displayed at the bottom of the statement, below the
Amount Due.
Through the Setup > Accounting > Statement Setup, the user can:
- Update/ Add/ Edit a Statement Message
- Update/ Edit the Due Date
Adding your Childcare Organization Logo to your statements.
