The Child Allergy report displays the allergies on the child’s account, including the risks, symptoms and medications entered into the system under the health > allergy tab.
To access:
- Go to the left menu > Repprts
- Child
- Health
- Child Allergy
Filters available:
- Location
- Age Group
- Area
- Contact (children within location)
- From Date
- To Date
- Display Name (First Name Last Name, Last Name First Name, etc.)
- View Style:
- Grid (CSV)
- PDF Child Allergy List
- PDF Child Allergy with Photo (child’s photo on file)
- PDF Child Allergy without photo

- Allergy
- Risk
- Symptoms
