Section 1: Overview
This Release Notes document will introduce New Features, Software enhancements and Software Debugging and upcoming features.

Section 2: Software New Features
2.1 Event Registration Alert
Description: Users can now set up their own automatic email responses for camp registrations. This alert includes a link to the new Event Registration Report.
How To:

Users can update the email body template and select the outgoing email credentials.
2.2 Guardian Portal – Event Session
Description: Guardians will now see the status of camp sessions when they are full.
2.3 Reports
2.3.1 Event Registration
Description: This report will display the account holder’s name, date of registration, event location, and name. It will then break down by child, showing the session name, start date, bus route (if applicable), and the status of the session (confirmed or waitlisted). This report will be emailed out with the event registration confirmation email.

2.3.2 Customer Statement Billing Log
Description: This report will display the billing log details by contact and statement period. It is broken down per child and will display the age group, service date, attendance status, service name, and full rate cost. (Currently, it does not break down the grant or subsidy if eligible).

Section 3: Software Enhancements
3.1 Notes and Tasks
Description: Improved the parameters on the finder to now include view style, attachment type, status, priority, due date, contact finder, contact role, and contact location.
Section 4: Software Errors
4.1 Void Income Tax Receipt
Description: Users can now void a past income tax receipt. Once a receipt is voided and a new receipt is created, the user will need to remove the current tax receipt and regenerate it.
4.2 MB Grant Creating 2 Invoices
Description: Due to the 20-day billing cycle, the system was creating two invoices in the period. This issue has now been corrected.
4.3 Adjustment Invoices
Description: When ending a service mid-month that was pre-billed, the adjustment invoices were not adjusting correctly. This issue has now been corrected.
