If you believe the subsidy is not calculating properly, there are some areas where you check.
- Check to see if the subsidy approval have the correct date (end date).
- Go to the Payer’s account
- Select the subsidies tab
- Select the subsidy approval
- If end date is expiring within the statement period, please create a new subsidy for a new date (the day after the expired date).
- Make sure the subsidy approval is not allocated to more then one child.
- Check the rate:
- to check the rate price
- Go to setup
- Select Subsidy Providers
- Select the Subsidy Provider
- Select the Rate tab
- Click the Care Code to review its information
- to check the rate price
- Check if the cap at subsidy is selected when the subsidy rate is higher then public fee.
- Check if the subsidy max is set as 0.
To note: The maximum allowed absences is the sum of: Maximum Absences, Maximum Vacation, Maximum Sick.
