TIP: Process Batch Payments, difference between manual payment and payment agreement

In the Process Batch Payments, the difference between:

MODE = manual payment = non EFT payments

MODE = payment agreement = for when EFT is set up. There will then be a date to bring up the EFT agreements. Those payments will then be processed and sent to Telecom.
