What to do when an organization is a multi site and the Contact (Parent/ Guardian/ Payer) has a credit at one location and needs the credit moved to the new location.
The Contact (Payer/ Guardian/ Parent) should have a financial account (make sure the account has the branches) and customer item for Transfer Account Balance.
- Under the Contact’s account:
- Finance tab
- Receivables tab,
- Accounts tab:
- Add the new Location Branch under “Customer Account”:
- click the “+” to add new Branch
- Save
- Receivables tab,
- Finance tab
Create a manual invoice for this payer applied to the location where the credit is (old Location).
Then create a manual credit to the payer applied to the new Location.
