Tip: Grant not picking up with Subsidy

Should you notice that the grant is not picking up once a subsidy approval has been added.

Areas to review to ensure everything is properly set up:

For the Grants:

1. Check to see the Age Limit Years: Do the children in question fit into the Age limit?
2. Check to see if “Applicable If Subsidized” is checked off.
   • Contacts > Select Grants
   • Select the Grant
   • Select the Rate to review details
3. Check to see if the Grant is associated to the Service
   • Go to Setup > Organization
   • Select Services
   • Select the Service in question
   • Under the “Childcare Grant” drop down – be sure the correct Grant is applied.
