There are a couple ways a user can find an invoice for a Payer:
Through their finance account:
- Go to the Payer’s account
- Select the Finance Tab
- Select the Receivables tab
- Under the Statements tab:
- To view the statement, select the PDF icon to the right of the customer statement
- To email out the statement, select the Email icon to the right of the customer statement
Through the Find Document:
- Go to Accounts Receivable
- Select Find Document
- In the GL Document Finder screen:
- Enter the Payer’s name in the “Contact Name” field
- click GO
- The GL documents will appear
- To view an invoice > click the Edit Pencil icon found to the left of the line item
