To add a message to all statements:
- Go to Setup
- Select Accounting
- Select Statement Setup
- Select the Edit pencil to the left of the statement description
- For a message to appear on ALL statements:
- On the first page, type in your message in the “Statement Message” text box.
- Click the SAVE icon found at the top of the page to save all changes

To add a message on an individual statement:
- Go to Setup
- Select Accounting
- Select Statement Setup
- Select the Edit pencil to the left of the statement description
- Select the Edit pencil to the left of the statement itself
- Enter the message
- Click checkmark to apply
- Finish by clicking the SAVE icon to save all.
- Message will now appear in the Statement Message column
