All Services available for the organization are created in Setup > Organization > Services and then make these services available at the Locations where the services are being offered. In enrolling a child, the child is enrolled at the Organization level and is assigned a Location and is tagged to a Service or Multiple Services offered at this Location. In the following steps, the user will assign services to a child. The Sub-Form allows the user to view a Summary of services, add Billing Discounts, add Childcare type services, add Events services as well as track Absences.
Summary
Displayed in a Calendar format, the Summary Tab displays the daily services, the planned absences for this child. The calendar also displays the start date for the child. The Summary automatically displays when you access the Services Tab.
View Services > Summary
The user is able to view what services have been added to this child. The user may view for the month, for the day, for the week or for the month.
1. Left Menu > Contact
2. Search for a child or “+” Add Child
3. Click the Services Tab from the top menu
4. Summary Calendar displays
5. By Default, the calendar displays the current month
6. To view a different month, Click on ” < ” Previous or ” > “Next Month
