If a subsidy approval was received after an invoice was created.
- Create a Manual Credit to the parent
- Customer name – Parent
- Reference name – child
- Reference – Enter a description here
- Date – [date in question]
- Select the pencil to add the line item
- Item – Subsidy payment
- Branch – what location they are at
- Update the unit price
- Click the check mark to apply
- Click the POST icon to complete
Once you post it the button turns in the VOID.
VOID. Should you make an error you can void it and it won’t show on the statement.
THEN do a Manual Invoice to charge Subsidy the same amount that was credited to the Payer.
- Create a Manual Invoice to Subsidy
- The customer in the case would be the Subsidy Provider
- Enter information as you did above but now for Subsidy
- Click the POST icon to complete
