Create three customer items.
- Infant Extended,
- Toddler Extended,
- Preschool Extended.
- For the rate amount, enter the hourly charge.
Every month you will create a manual invoice for the guardian. You will need to create a manual invoice for each child and make sure in the reference field you enter the child’s name. Select the customer item and update the quantity.
You will post the invoice once complete. These invoices will be included on your next statement run.
OR you can add an extended service to the child’s account.
To create a new customer item:
- Go to Setup
- Select Accounting
- Select Item
- Scroll down to the bottom, click “+ Add Customer Item”
- Enter the details
- Click SAVE to save all updates
