Reasons to end a child’s service:
- a child is aging out and moving to another service
- a child is leaving the centre
- a child is enrolling in a different service
It is best practice to have accurate end dates. If end dates are not accurate, the system will continue to bill these services until their end date.
It is also best practice to not have any overlapping start dates and end dates.
To update a service End Date:
- Go to the Child’s Account
- Select the Service Tab
- Select the Childcare Tab
- Select the service
- click on “here” where it says “This service has been processed and can not be updated. Click here to modify this service”

If you do not see an end date
Uncheck “No Reoccurrence End”, this should now display the end date.
