Double check the start dates in the parent’s payment agreement to ensure they are on the correct cycle.
Also check if it scheduled for Monthly vs weekly
To check the payer’s account:
- Go to Contacts
- Find the Payer
- Go into their account > Select the Finance Tab
- Select the Payment Agreement tab
- Review their start dates
To review all payment agreements:
- Go to Reports
- Select Accounting
- Select EFT
- Select the “Childcare PAD Payment Agreement” Report:
- this will display:
- Branch Name
- Location Name
- Payer Name
- Child Name
- Service Start Date
- Service End Date
- Service Name
- PAD Start Date
- PAD End Date
- Payment Method
- Payment Method Type
- Frequency
- Minimum Amount
- Maximum Amount
- Payment Amount Type
- Amount Value
