To begin reviewing invoices, you’ll need to generate them:
- Navigate to: Accounts Receivable > Billing > Invoice Services.
- Select the following:
- Customer Statement Period: XXXXX
- Location: Choose the location you’re invoicing.
- Click GO.
- Review the list of invoices > Select the pencil to the left of the contact’s name.
- Incorrect Services:
- Check if the service details (e.g., age group or program) are accurate.
- If any service is missing or incorrect, edit the service setup for the family.
- Subsidy/Grant Approvals:
- Confirm that grant and or subsidy approvals are correctly applied.
- If the wrong subsidy rate or approval period is used, adjust the subsidy details for the family.
