The Child URIS/ ISP Plans Report displays any plans entered into the system into the child’s account > health in the allergies tab.
To access:
- Go to the left menu > Reports
- Child
- Health
- Child URIS/ ISP Plans
Filters available:
- Location
- Age Group
- Area
- Contact (children in the location)
- Display Name (First Name Last Name, Last Name First Name, etc.)
- View Style:
- Grid (CSV)
- PDF Child URIS/ISP Plan List
Displayed on the report:
- Location
- Child Name
- Medical Condition
- URIS Expiry
- ISP Expiry
- Age Group
- Area
