This report displays the child’s associated professional contacts.

To access:

1. Go to reports > Child
2. Family Support
3. Child Professional Contacts

Filters available:

• Location
• Age Group
• Area
• Contact (children with associated professionals displayed)
• Display Name (First Name Last Name, Last Name First Name)
• View Style:
  • PDF Child Professional Contacts without Photo (displays information only – no child photo)

The report displays the following information:

• Location
• Child Name
• Professional Name
• Relationship to the child
• Professional’s Phone
• Professional’s Street Address
• Professional’s City
• Professional’s Province
