The attendance actuals report displays all children with scheduled services and their recorded real time attendance.

How to access:

1. Go to the left menu > reports

• Include Unspecified Age Groups
• Areas
• Include Unspecified Areas
• Services

• Child
• Number of Lines:
  • 1 line = all day
  • 2 lines = AM and PM
  • 3 lines = AM, NOON, PM
• View Styles:
  • Attendance Actuals – by Age Group
  • Attendance Actuals – by Age Group/ Area
  • Attendance Actuals – by Area
  • Attendance Actuals – by Area/ Age Group
  • Attendance Actuals – by Location

The report displays the following:

• Child Name and DOB
