The Child Dietary Restrictions report displays the dietary restrictions entered into the system under the child’s account health > Dietary Restrictions tab.
To access:
- Go to Reports > Child
- Health
- Child Dietary Restrictions
Filters available:
- Location
- Age Group
- Area
- Contact (children within location)
- Display Name (First Name Last Name, Last Name First Name, etc.)
- View Style:
- PDF Child Dietary List
- PDF Child Dietary with Photo (child’s photo on account)
- PDF Child Dietary without photo
Report displays:
- Location
- Child Name
- Dietary Restriction
- Description
- Comment
- Age Group
- Area
