Regarding the Tax Receipts:
If you hover over the red X icons next to the names, you’ll see a message explaining what’s wrong with those accounts. In most cases, it means the fee wasn’t applied to the child.
Once you understand the issue, you can make the necessary corrections.
To proceed, you have two options:
- Fix all receipts marked with a red X so you can publish everything at once, OR
- Delete all receipts with a red X from your list and publish only the correct ones.
After publishing the correct receipts, you can repopulate your list to show the incomplete ones (still marked with a red X), fix them, and publish them afterward.
