Setup: How to Add a New Allergy Symptom 

Add a New Allergy Symptoms 

1. Setup > Lists > Health > Allergy Symptoms 

• If this is the first time, from the Search Criteria Screen 

• Click the “+” to add a new Allergy Symptom 

• Type a Description 

• Type Display Sequence 

• Click the “Checkmark” icon to accept the new item and return to previous screen 

• Click the “X” to cancel and return to previous screen. 

•  IMPORTANT: Click the “SAVE” icon (found at the top of the screen) to save all changes

Results – new Allergy Symptom displays in the grid list 

The same steps apply to all tabs within Setup > Lists > Health 

• Allergy 

• Allergy Symptom 

• Allergy Risk 

• Intolerance 

• Intolerance Symptom 

• Health Condition 

• Vaccines 

• Dietary Restrictions
