Services – Childcare
The user will setup all the services offered at this location. Services are setup the same way as you have set the services in the organization. When setting up the Location Services, the user will also set up the Services Breaks (discontinuing services for a time period – i.e., Summer Break).

Setup Services at a location
1. Setup > Organization > Locations > Services
2. Click Childcare
3. Click “+” Add Location Services
4. Organization Service, Choose from drop-down
5. Age Group, Choose from drop-down Age Group
6. Area, Choose from drop-down Area
7. (Discontinued – only applicable if you are discontinuing a service)
8. Click the “checkmark” icon to Save and return to the Childcare
9. Name of the new Service will appear in the grid

Edit Services – Childcare
Once a service has been set up at the location, the user may choose to edit and change some of the parameters.

IMPORTANT: Always click the “checkmark” icon to apply changes and return to the previous screen, followed by click the “SAVE” icon to save all new changes and updates.
