1. Left Menu > Contacts
2. In Search Criteria – type name, initials or use wildcards
3. Choose from drop-down Role (to narrow down your search)
4. Click “GO” to activate the search
5. The name will display in the grid
6. Click the “Edit Pencil” icon to the left of the name to edit
7. Profile Tab displays relevant information captured on this contact
Note – individual data captured will appear on each of the Tabs at the top of the page.
Editing of data is completed in the individual Tabs.
8. To edit the information – Click on the individual Tabs at the top of the page i.e., General Information
9. In each of the Fields displayed on the page, enter data.
10. Click the “SAVE” icon to save your changes before proceeding to another page
11. Proceed to the next Tab to make further changes. When leaving a Tab, click the “SAVE” icon.
