Medications
Medications can be added from the Allergy, Intolerance or Health Condition Screen, or can be added or viewed from the Medications Tab. On the Medication Tab, the user sees all the medications for each contact based on either of the three categories of health condition.
To view a Medication
1. Left Menu > Contact
2. Search for a child or “+” Add Child
3. Click the Health Tab from the top menu
4. Select the Sub Tab “Medication”
Add Medications
1. Left Menu > Contact
2. Search for a child or “+” Add Child
3. Click the Health Tab from the top menu
4. Select “YES” in the Medications drop-down to display the “Medications” tab.
5. Click Medications Tab in the Sub-menu
6. The Grid will display all medications based on the Health Condition
7. Click the Edit Pencil icon to the left of the Medication Name ( To Edit), to Add a new Medication click the “+” Add Medication
8. Edit the information
9. Complete to apply and return to Medication Screen
10. Click the checkmark icon ✓ (found at the top of the screen) to apply and return to previous screen
11. Click the “SAVE” icon (found at the top of the screen) Save the record
12. The Medications are saved and display in the Grid
